Are end users notified upon receiving funds into their account?
At the moment we are not enabling notifications, yet you will be able to see disbursement request status and any notification to end users will need to be managed by them.

Are there instances where an account from a bulk disbursement does not receive the funds (i.e. recipient bank is down, timeout errors,etc.)?
Issues related to timeout errors, down API server, key mismatch, etc. will impact the payout request to be failed.

As a client, how do I know what rails (instaPay or PESONet) are being used for an inter-bank transfer?
instaPay is the default rail for transactions.

Brankas environment overview
Brankas has 2 different environments: Sandbox and Production. Each environment is hosted separately, and data does not flow between environments.

Can I cancel a disbursement after it has been sent?
Once your disbursement request has been made and has been responded by Brankas, this means that the fund is being sent therefore it can not be cancelled.

Can I change the bank account number linked to my Pay account?
You can add up to 5 destination account in your Pay account and select the destination account when creating an invoice.

Can I check the transaction status?
Yes, you can view all invoice status on the Transaction History.

Can I make disbursement 24/7? Or does your server have a down time?
Our system relies on connections to multiple banks.

Can I refund/reverse a transaction?
CURRENTLY, refunds and reversals are not enabled in the Brankas Direct Service, since this entails storing end-user credentials to facilitate these types of transactions.

Can this Request Payment feature do bulk invoice upload?
Brankas can provide a bulk invoice feature that will allow end users and client back end to programmatically generate multiple invoices and associated payment links.

Can we add multiple destination bank accounts from different countries?
Yes, you can. But note that we have mappings of what bank can transfer to whom. For instance, BCA (Indonesia) cannot transfer to BDO (Philippines).

Can we add multiple destination bank accounts?
Yes. You can add an arbitrary number of destination bank accounts.

Can we customize the look of Direct? If yes, how does that work, is there a template or a platform?
No for Direct only. Yes to minimal customization of the IDP flow so that it is more inline with your UI and UX branding. Customization is implemented using our APIs.

Can we have a combination of intra-bank transfers and a settlements partner? How to do that?
Yes you can. You just need to specify the following parameters per bank

Can we use the Bank Selector page so that when an end-user initiates a fund transfer to any bank, Brankas Direct will automatically orchestrate an intra-bank fund transfer? (for example, end-user clicks BDO, it uses the BDO destination account, if BPI, it uses the BPI destination account)
At a certain extent, we can. If you have a single destination/settlement account, you can put the Pay by Brankas button for the end-user.

Do I need to set up/anything with any of the partner banks to enable them as a bank option?
BPI Integration - For a BPI integration, you will need to have a BPI account as they are currently limited to intra-bank transfer capabilities only.

Do we already have a procedure for a client who is ready to go live?

Does an end-user need to log in each time for a transaction? Are we able to do account linking?
CURRENTLY, a customer would need to log in his credentials for every transaction.

Does the IDP open on a separate webpage from the app? (for example, upon clicking, web browser application opens?)
The IDP is designed to have a web view inside the mobile application.

For banks that do not allow an inter-bank transfers (scrapers nor APIs), what do you recommend?
Brankas recommends leveraging a settlements partner so that an end-user can still use that bank to transfer to another bank.
